How it works

Peel the sticker stencil and press onto clean, dry skin.
Dust glitter over the cut-out — the sticker's own tack holds it in place.
Peel the stencil away and brush off the excess.

How long it lasts

3–7 days with normal wear. Survives showers and swimming. Fades faster on high-friction areas like hands and inner wrists.

Care & removal

Avoid heavy scrubbing and oil-based lotions over the design.
Pat dry rather than rubbing after showering.
To remove: baby oil, coconut oil or micellar water on a cotton pad, hold 30 seconds, wipe away.

FAQ

Will this fit my existing kit?
Yes. Every MintGemz sticker stencil works with any MintGemz Starter or Full Kit.

Do I need glue?
No. The stencils are self-adhesive stickers — the tack holds both the stencil and the glitter, so there's nothing to brush on first.

Can I reuse a stencil?
Each sticker is single-use. Once peeled, the adhesive won't reseal cleanly.

Which collection should I pick?
Both collections use the same glitter. Pick on design style alone, or take the Full Kit to get both.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
We recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use, as with any body product. Stop using it if you notice any reaction.

🌡️ STORAGE

Store at 4–25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always recap syringes and the bond bottle immediately after use — leaving the bond bottle open will cause the liquid to evaporate. Dispose of all used applicator tips and syringe tips after each use. Tips are single-use only and should not be cleaned, disinfected, or reused.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Processing and fulfillment typically takes 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Installation Kits may require up to 14 business days to process. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

If you experience any issues with your order, contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. All Mintgemz orders are photographed during packing as proof of contents.

🚚 SHIPPING TIMES

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to the courier, Mintgemz is unable to control or be held responsible for delivery outcomes. Shipping estimates do not include order processing times.

🌍 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For most international destinations, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — so there are no surprise fees on delivery. The total you pay is the total you pay.

Please note that shipping to the United States may be subject to additional processing via our US compliance partner. Any applicable charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your order.

In the rare case that duties are not calculated at checkout for your region, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies before placing your order.

⚠️ REFUSAL OF DELIVERY & NON-PAYMENT

If customs charges or local taxes are left unpaid and your parcel is returned to us:

Shipping and return fees will be deducted from your order value
Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes
If your parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs as a result of non-payment, no refund will be issued

📬 UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to non-collection or unpaid duties may take up to 3 months to arrive back. Mintgemz is unable to offer refunds or replacement shipments under these circumstances.
